I have a detail-oriented mindset and focus on optimizing every aspect of the businesses I work with.

My drive to optimize has been with me since a young age. At 13, while working as a newspaper delivery boy, I independently contacted every newspaper agency on my route. Over time, I consolidated all newspapers, flyers, and magazines to be delivered, optimizing my time and maximizing my profits.

Since then, I have been involved with more than 100 companies, always approaching challenges with an informal, down-to-earth, and brutally honest perspective. I have the courage to do what needs to be done and the ability to see what must change. I specialize in executing turnarounds by identifying issues, implementing solutions, and guaranteeing maximum productivity through efficient financial management. I operate as an independent expert, focused on “emergency” situations and reorganizations. Think of me as a strategic planner for businesses of all sizes, helping leaders, managers, and employees get back on track.

My roots are from Denmark, and today I am based in Bangkok, Thailand. Over the years, I have lived and worked in the UK, France, Sweden, Austria, and Italy, giving me a broad international experience.
